Quezada led an investigation of 350,000 sf at Lucas Digital that resulted in a planning program and workplace analysis. Quezada produced a comprehensive master planning guideline to serve as a planning tool for the Letterman Digital Center at the San Francisco Presidio.

This comprehensive workplace analysis was compliled in a three-phase process. The first phase utilized proprietary departmental baseline information, questionnaires, and surveys to uncover work styles and habits. The second phase combined the phase one methodology with interviews and on-site observation. A third phase, the development of the executive summary, was based on the interaction of high level individuals to contribute to the document's refinement.
