Since 1996, Quezada has been designing continuous projects for Philips Semiconductors in multiple locations throughout the Silicon Valley. Our services include strategic planning, corporate standards development, and tenant improvement design for over 300,000 sf. We have recently developed feasibility studies that incorporate masterplannning and architecture for sites larger than 100,000 sf. This work includes teaming with real estate consultants and executives to determine a programmatic strategy for the future of Philips.
